Return Policy
 We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, 33brand.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

Orders placed on Friday (after 11 a.m. EST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays. No orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Deliveries to ALASKA and HAWAII will incur additional charges of $12.00, over our regular rates and take approximately 3-7 business days

Special Note regarding APO, FPO, PO Boxes:
Please allow 9 to 15 days to PO Boxes, and up to 45 days to APO and FPO. Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed.

Special Note regarding rural areas
In rural areas, USPS Priority and Overnight Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed. Contact Customer Service if you need to confirm availability of Priority or Overnight delivery.
